REGISTRATION POLICIES

Registration Policies for Ultimate Cricket Championship (UCC)

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that both my parents/guardians and I have thoroughly read, comprehended, and acknowledged all the regulations, stipulations, and guidelines set forth by the Ultimate Cricket Championship (“UCC”). We hereby commit to wholeheartedly and unconditionally adhere to these terms.

It is unequivocally understood and agreed upon, both implicitly and explicitly, that the verdict of the coaches pertaining to the selection of players shall stand as final and binding upon us.

I affirm that I shall refrain from consuming, ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise using any performance-enhancing drugs and/or prohibited substances.

I acknowledge and accept that any breach or violation of the terms laid out in this agreement will result in the immediate cancellation of my registration.

The determination of the Disciplinary Committee of UCC regarding this matter shall be deemed conclusive and binding upon me.

We acknowledge and concur that should the applicant incur an injury during the course of the camp/season, leading to their inability to continue, no refund shall be granted to us.

The UCC Management will not be held accountable for any non-disclosure of medical conditions and/or injuries sustained during the course of play.

In the event that my registration is revoked by the Disciplinary Committee of UCC for any reason whatsoever, we acknowledge that the registration fee we have paid will be forfeited, and we shall relinquish any claims against the UCC management or their associates.

We comprehend and agree that if the event is called off due to factors beyond the control of UCC management, such as riots, civil unrest, war, acts of nature, court orders, governmental bans at the local/state/central levels, etc., the registration fees paid by us shall not be subject to refund.

It is obligatory for the parents/legal guardian to duly complete an Indemnity Bond on a Rs. 10 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper, adhering to the UCC prescribed format provided below. The Indemnity Bond should be officially attested by a gazetted officer/notary and must be submitted without fail upon reporting to the camp. Access to the camp will be granted solely with a valid Indemnity Bond.
